Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed, unless you have contacted us by e-mail within one hour of original purchase. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information (name, address, etc.) Please make sure to check that all shipping information is accurate before finalizing orders. 

Custom Orders

There are no refunds/exchanges on any custom order that include but are not limited to name necklaces, initial pendants, custom Hawaiian jewelry and engraving.

You have one (1) hour after placing a custom order to cancel it. 

Custom orders are custom made for each and every customer, please allow for up to 3 weeks before receiving any custom order as it does take time to process and hand-make.

We will update and send confirmation e-mails when these items ship. 

Shipping

Gold Mart is not responsible for any item(s) shipped to any mistyped/inaccurate addresses provided by the customer. 

Customer is responsible for any/all postage fees if returning items as well as cover the postage fees for original invoice (if) returning items. 

You have 24 hours to contact us if you have mistyped or provided inaccurate shipping information. 

Expected delivery dates may vary during the holiday season, depending on the volume of mail. 

Returns/Exchanges 

All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason and must be in its original condition (unused) with packaging provided, within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Absolutely no returns/exchanges on custom jewelry which includes but is not limited to pendants, rings, bracelets etc. 

Returns/exchanges will not be processed or accepted if there are signs of wear and tear or item(s) are found to be used. 

All other items may be returned within two weeks of original invoice and you will be provided with store credit only. 

Customer is responsible for any/all postage fees if returning items as well as cover the postage fees for original invoice (if) returning items.

Sales

All sales items are final, this does include any/all regular sales. 

No refunds/exchanges are accepted on sales items/custom orders.
