Returns/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19. Due to the nature of jewelry and sanitary reasons, we are unable to provide credit/exchanges towards used items thus all sales will be final.
This has been made as a verbal agreement if purchased in-store, we will also have you sign the receipt to confirm your agreement for in-store purchases. If purchases are made online, we will also let customer know prior to completion of ordering that all sales are final.
(Starting from our reopening date (5/15/20) - (Present).
There are NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM JEWELRY (this includes but are not limited to Name Necklaces, Initial Pendants, and any Custom Hawaiian Jewelry). Other items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase in order to receive an exchange/store credit. The product returned to us must be in its original condition, unused, including its sales tags still attached as well as any packaging to be returned with the item.
If return items received are not in its original condition (sales tag, packaging, signs of wear and tear) or if we have any reason to believe the item has been used, we will be unable to accept the return item and return it back to you. If returns are accepted, you must cover all postage costs.
